A quiet day on the data front. As next week brings us the European Central Bank’s meeting on Thursday and US employment report on Friday and with holidays approaching, there should be only limited interest in the markets to take directional views. There is only one relevant data release today: the final reading of the July survey of consumer sentiment by Thomson Reuters/University of Michigan.
