The soon-to-be BOE chief says he agrees with the IMF that the US is breaking out of a group of crisis economies. That may be, but its not enough to no longer be in crisis. To prosper, you have to grow rapidly enough to absorb the armies of the unemployed and lower debt-to-GDP rations. We’re miles away from that. (full story)
