The number of Australian job advertisements dropped to for the eighth straight month in November, taking the series to its lowest point since January 2010. ANZ Banking Group Ltd's job advertisements survey showed that the total number of jobs advertised in newspapers and on the internet fell a seasonally adjusted 2.9 per cent in the month. The result comes after 4.6 per cent decline in October. The number of job advertisements are now 17 per cent lower than they were at the same time last year.
