3 Numbers to Watch: Eurozone Inflation, Germany's vote on Greece package, US Personal Income
In Europe right now, it’s about inflation and how much unconventional monetary policy the ECB is allowed to carry out. In the US, it’s all about the consumer. Today we see data on both, but the potential surprise will be the German parliament’s vote on the latest Greek bailout. ECB’s Draghi speaks at 08:15 GMT – nothing expected, but don’t get burned by any algo-driven quick moves at that time. Later we also get some Fed speak after markets have closed for the week.
