New month, new measures; Should Euro tempt fate?

"It is in Europe that central banks will open the autumn monetary festivities next Thursday," affirms the BNP Paribas research team in a recently published report. The bank is assuming that Central Banks are going to be delivering measures in the next weeks, but, after the Bernanke no-new-measures speech and Hollande's Oct 19 summit, what will happen?
