US working gas in storage rose to 2,944 bn cu ft in the week ending 8 June. The US Energy Information Administration says this represents a net increase of 67bn cu ft from the previous week. Stocks were 708bn cu ft higher than last year at this time and 666bn cu ft above the five-year average of 2,278bn cu ft. In the East Region, stocks were 334bn cu ft above the five-year average following net injections of 43bn cu ft. Stocks in the Producing Region were 242bn cu ft above the five-year average of 860bn cu ft after a net injection of 11bn cu ft.
