JPMorgan Investors Sue Over Trading Loss

The hits keep on coming for JPMorgan Chase. Shareholders filed lawsuits yesterday against the bank’s executives over the $2 billion trading loss yesterday. JPM was hit with two suits over its bad bet on corporate debt. One suit is filed against CEO Jamie Dimon, CFO Douglas Braunstein and the bank’s board members for breach of fiduciary duty, waste of corporate assets and unjust enrichment.
