Euro zone investor sentiment dropped for the second month running in May, hitting its lowest level since the height of the financial crisis in September 2009, Sentix research group said on Monday. The index tracking euro zone sentiment dropped to -24.5 from -14.7, below the lowest point reached last year and far lower than a Reuters consensus forecast for -15.7. "The drop in the sentix index last month was a first warning sign but now the euro zone economy is sliding further," Sentix said in a statement.
