President Barack Obama again urged Congress to pass his jobs plan, saying most millionaires “are willing to step up” and pay higher taxes to support it. In his weekly radio and Internet address Obama cited a survey, though not by name, taken in October of Americans with $1 million or more in investments by Spectrem’s Millionaire Corner, an investing website.
