Good morning. I am pleased to be in Brooklyn to speak to you and meet with the leadership of New York City's most populous borough. In the aftermath of the financial crisis, as we wound down our emergency meetings, I asked my staff to develop an energetic outreach program so that I could visit the different parts of my district.
