In February 2024, household consumption on goods was stable over one month (0.0% in volume* after a ‑0.6% in January 2024 – revised data). The decrease in energy consumption (‑2.7%) was counterbalanced by the rise in food consumption (+0.8%) and in consumption of engineered goods (+0.5%). In February 2024, household food consumption increased again (+0.8% after +0.2% in January 2024 – revised data).
