Industrial production in the United States rose by 0.1% in February after declining 0.5% in the previous month, the Federal Reserve's Board of Governors stated in its report published on Friday. Manufacturing output rose 0.8% compared to the month before and dropped 0.7% on an annual basis. Mining increased by 2.2% on a monthly basis, and by 1.4% year-over-year. Meanwhile, the utilities index tumbled by 7.5% compared to the month prior and rose 0.8% year on year.
