Fed’s Bostic, Barkin Diverge on Future Path of Inflation
Two Federal Reserve regional bank presidents offered diverging views on the path of US inflation on Wednesday. While Atlanta Fed President Raphael Bostic said he’s growing increasingly confident that inflation is firmly on a downward path, Richmond Fed chief Thomas Barkin isn’t yet convinced.
