New Zealand's dwelling consents trend decreasing
The trend for the number of new dwellings consented is decreasing, Statistics New Zealand said today. “The trend for new dwellings was recently at its highest level in seven years. While it’s now decreasing, the trend is still 6 percent higher than at the same time last year,” business indicators manager Neil Kelly said. In October 2014, the seasonally adjusted number of new dwellings consented increased by 8.8 percent (after decreasing 12 percent in September).
