VIENNA, Nov 24 (Reuters) - Saudi Arabia's Oil Minister Ali al-Naimi said he did not expect OPEC's Thursday meeting to be difficult.
When asked if he thought that might be the case, he replied: "No - why?"
"I am as happy as can be," he added, speaking to reporters on his arrival in Vienna on Monday.
"This is not the first time the market is oversupplied," he said.
