Which markets are open on Good Friday?
Trading is already slowing down in anticipation of Good Friday, with most venues closed for the three-day weekend. But not everything is closed. Some trading shut down early Thursday or stays closed on Monday. The New York Stock Exchange and Nasdaq are closed on Friday, with regular hours returning on Monday. The bond market observes a close recommended by Sifma on Friday, and closed early Thursday at 2 p.m. Eastern. For energy and metals trading, ICE Brent crude will be closed Friday, as will be Nymex and Comex markets.
