    Investors should leverage the latest spike in USD on the impasse in the fiscal cliff negotiations to establish fresh USD short positions or to add to their current shorts at better levels, says BNP Paribas. "While there is nervousness from the apparent set-back in the fiscal-cliff talks, an agreement remains likely by the end of the year or soon enough in the New Year that the impact on economic activity is likely to be limited," BNPP clarifies.     • a lot of the up move already is due to the anticipation of a fiscal cliff deal. I wouldn't expect a big up move unless shorts have loaded heavy in the last few sessions and are forced to cover. Not much above the recent high but not much of a down move either.

      contrarian they must be long usdx

      but i bet usdx will fall a bit to give them a margin call before it rises lol hope it does.

      Wondee what they will say when they lose money but it goes their way after.. I told you so!!
