Dollar's strength to be short-lived, more downside over medium term: BNY Mellon

As Janet Yellen will return to the "hands-off" approach, U.S. dollar may get stabilized or even rise in the near term, but it will continue to weaken over the medium term, says John Velis of BNY Mellon Markets.
