Recetnly i have opened an account with Alpari. I am trying hard to change my password because the changing process requires verifcation through mobile phone. The issue is that this verification code was not received by my mobile.
I have contacted the supports department several times. I have used mobile, desktop and laptop, I have also used Google Chrome and Firefox to change password but still not successful. One of the staff tried to manually SMS me but the information received was “ Test Alpari A”. The supporting staff always inform me that their IT department is working on my problem, but for 5 days they have yet to resolve it.
I have lost confident with this broker because simple issue like mobile verification cannot be handled properly. The good thing is that i have not funded in any money.
Do you have any bad experience with this broker, appreciate if you can share with me or direct me to a better person that can attend to my problem.
