U.S. House Prices Rise 3.0 Percent over the Last Year; Up 1.7 Percent from the First Quarter
U.S. house prices rose 3.0 percent between the second quarters of 2022 and 2023, according to the Federal Housing Finance Agency (FHFA) House Price Index (FHFA HPI®). House prices were up 1.7 percent compared to the first quarter of 2023.
