In June 2023, the Consumer Price Index (CPI) increased by 0.2% over one month, after ‑0.1% in May. The prices of energy were almost stable (+0.1% after ‑3.0% in May), with a slight rebound in petroleum product prices (+0.3% after ‑5.9%). The prices of food increased at the same rate than in the previous month (+0.3%) and those of manufactured goods remained almost stable (+0.1% after +0.0%). The prices of services decelerated slightly (+0.2% after +0.3%) linked with the decline in communication service prices (‑3.0% after +0.2%) and the smaller rise in those of “other services” (+0.4% after +0.6%).
