I expect the price to wait for ma50 before breaking it down in major downtrend because ...

... the indicator plots a break(down)w45 ... selling news in minor trend ( price over 0line, yet) when the volatility is still low ...

The next divergence can be driven by a trade

The current one, already in use, could drive a downturn at "brk(ma50)open(next)bar" with (50% or 100%all )R1R target (SL on the nearest swing bar) and trailing stop with the remaining 50% ... (likely ... ma200 final TP)


P.S.

No operation (if not supported by the indicator) until the breakdown of the ma50

The pair is trading in a tight range around 110.85 level, resistance level can be located at 111.00 and on the downside support level at 110.64.

I think it may start rallying again this week, especially considering the bars on the weekly time frame - a doji and a hammer one, both above 108.50.

Bounce off the 111, and I have opened a long there with 15 pips of SL and 30 pips of TP.

That I am going to leave to "higher forces" to manage.
