Hi Chris,

Till you reply to my previous post, meanwhile I'd also like to bring to your attention another issue related to charts. In the attached you'll find an image of XAUUSD Pro H4 with a strange candle formation in the marked yellow box compared to other brokers, thinkforex demo and XAUUSD mini on the same account the weird candle doesn't exist (second image is XAUUSD mini on the pro account).

Please bear in mind that charting is a very important tool and things like this is a point against ThinkForex and should be given a high attention.

Hi,
At June 16th i make a withdrew from my trading account in TF (think forex) , it was $720 , and i request to be paid by my visa , i would like to mention that my original deposit was only $250 and i make it using my new issued visa that finished with ***9100 , so what they have to do , and they done before is to refund my visa with my initial deposit ($250) , then send the rest or my withdrew amount to my local bank account , this is what happened in the past ,several times .
At June 17th i received an email saying Dear Client,

Following your withdrawal request, we processed a refund to your credit card ****-5108(VISA) - however the credit card rejected the refund.
Please let us know why this would be the case and if funds have to be sent via Neteller as before?


so i reply to them that this reject caused because you refund the money to my expired visa , while you should send it to my new visa that i make the deposit by it.
4 days after that nothing happened - including SAT,Sun day- , at Monday i contact their live chat and asking why is the delay , but no clear answer was receive , so i ask if i can cancel my withdrew and make a new withdrew to my neteller account, so the live chat person agree with me about this step and pass my cancellation request to the finance department , At June 21th i make a new withdrew ($550) to my neteller account , and i would like to mention that i deposit and get withdrew using this neteller account more than 10 times at least in a period of at least 18 months, so i was deposit from this neteller account that end with ***705 and receive withdrew to same neteller account that end with ***705.
day after that i received an email from TF that they sent to me the withdrew , so i loged in to my neteller to check if i really received it , but i surprised that nothing received , , so i contact them by live chat and ask about it , Yen (live chat person) said that it was sent to my neteller account , so i send to him a screen shot from my neteller account that showing that i did not received any funds from TF , he transfer the screen shot to the finance department , aand ask them to investegate this case, after 24 hours , i received no reply from them , so i contact the live chat again today , and mention my withdrew ticket to Jane (live chat person) , she answer me that my withdrew was sent to neteller account that end with ***196 , OMG , OMG , are you kiding me? but i never ever deposit any funds using this account - I said - how come you send my withdrew to a neteller account that never used before ,

she ask me to contact neteller regarding this problem , since both accounts ***705 and ***196 are mine , so i replied to her that it will cost me a lot of money to call neteller from my country and the other neteller account is inactive and i never used it more than 2 years now , also it`s a GBP base currency , so if i succeed to solve this problem with neteller i`ll still losing the spread between exchange $550 to a 366 GBP , no mention that it`s not my fault at all.

she reply to me that she will forward this problem to the finance department and advice me to contact them again after 3 hours to see whats make this mistake , I contact them after 5 hours , Yen (live chat person) said that they send the withdrew to my registered email with TF , when i tried to mention for him that i never ever use this neteller email to deposit money to my TF account or receive withdrew from TF by this email neteller account , he keep replying to me with this words

(( As I said, as per anti-money laundering policy, we have to send to account registered email, unless clients inform us otherwise. ))

I tried to discuss him that i never use this email to send or receive any money using this email ,so how come you use it now , but he kept replying the same words.
now , and after the first problem with my visa refund happened , also after my second neteller problem happened , i have to wonder if TF Global send withdrew to a third party or they are just have a 24 hours drunk employees .

HI did a search and this was the most recent thread i could find.

I ve been trading with think market account since 2012 at the time when account were under Australian management. I got rid of many useless account which would trade against the clients by super widening their spread during news, hunting the stop loss and so on, and i will not mention which accounts they were, but the worse was Vt trader back in 2012.

I find thinkmarket to be fair and have never had any problems under the Australian entity, however in August i was asked to open a new account under Uk entity as they opened offices here in London too, which is a good thing.
Things go well and spreads are fine, aside from the usual widening spread during news events, however what is not acceptable is that simple tools which i am using to take order fast are being blocked during these events.
It easy to ascertain these as i am using at the same time other accounts so i can well verify what is happening. I usually trade naked charts with supp-res levels and recently got into apps-fancy indicators-scripts and dashboards-Eas therefore i make sure to have a kinda mentor i can ask question when problem arises or when there is a difficulty until i learn well and it was confirmed by my mentor too.

I don't mean to blame Thinkmarket for this but i needed to get some answers to clarify why this happened, and before jumping into easy conclusions i contacted them and I was hoping to get some answers from the live chat and also from the responsible manager who deals with traders in London and when i contacted them
(1) The manager replied that it must there must be something wrong with my computer which is a poor answer, and when i showed him the screenshots no more answers from him. That is not really professional behavior from someone nominated to be a manager responsible.
(2) The chat replied that they will look into it, i was also asked to provide proof of what i was experiencing, and i sent an attached screenshot of the warnings there and then, but i never got any answer back or any email.
I am now constantly recording my trades and taking screen shots of the errors i get when it happens again. I look into the expert tab for further details.
To make it clear of what is happening .. for Example if I am using a simple tool called: Easy order which is normally used to place fast orders without wasting precious seconds to adjust the Sl/Tp manually, it is blocked and not allowed to use during important news event> Last time it happened was last week Fri/at 4pm Gmt. "Message Not allowed by setting"
I was in profit and i decided to fast close all orders and also the other Script called "Close all" didn't not work and got a message : "Close all script trade operation not allowed by settings" so i had to close orders one by one manually wasting precious time.

I then thought, ok if they block me these scripts perhaps is because they do not like other tools to interfere with their tools, so i quickly used one of the tools provided by them art of the SuperMt4 Plug-In, which is called: Thinkmarket Mini Terminal where you can program Entry Price/Sl/Tp and easily place the trade, however that also did not work and got another warning message.
I did try again to use the tools 15 min after the volatility cooled down, and after the live-chat and they all worked, aside the Thinkmarket Mini terminal which displayed a warning message in Black window: "This App is not licensed to use on this broker server"
It worked afterwards and it works today by the way.
I understand that these event can happen, and i am quite sure that Thinkmarket as Ndd does not trade against clients, however the people responsible for taking care of clients when they say they will look into it, they should really look into it and provide some explanation

I am quite happy with Thinkmarket in general, despite the fact that they have the bad habit to increase widely the spread at news time and with minor pairs.

New trick this month to increase their profits : they increase the swap on FRA40 (CAC40) by 17 !!!!!! .. and of course they are advertising to trade the French election with them.

Boring !
