This is only for CFD instruments not for spot forex. Leverage will remain the same.

Gamblers like heavy drawndown, traders use stop loss. I use 6-10 pip stop loss most of the time, so I need big leverage to earn money. Long term traders with stop loss 100-200 pip don't need it.

We'll Tickmill offers opportunity to stay with their offshore entity and enjoy 1:500 leverage. As both UK and Seychelles branches "share reputation" of Tickmill I guess it is safe to go with both. What keeps you from that?

If it's possible to use 1:500 leverage under Seychelles regulator it's ok for you. Unfortunately, Tickmill is also registered in polish FSA and thanks to shitty regulator they can't offer me leverage bigger than 1:100...

I am receiving dozens of mails these days from from my brokers (covering a variety of regulations) declaring, that the STANDARD leverage is going to be reduced. You are still able to get higher values if requested and/or after some kind of verification (mostly based on trading volume).

Exisiting accounts are not affected from the whole process in general. So stop drawing a new world picture.

It is just a beginning of the end of high leverage believe you or not..
I am satisfied around 2 month experience with tickmill. I withdrew today to my neteller account and it was happened in 5 minutes.

Wow that's pretty fast. My withdrawals are usually processed in 3-4 hours but its skrill and I think it takes more time.

Everything worked fine for me, fast stable connection with low ping. Check internet settings sometimes proxies interrupt connection or if you use VPN it can also cause problems
It's a bit strange that WTI contract value is just 1 barrel. So in order to have the same amount like 1 NYMEX WTI futures contract you would need to open 1000 Tickmill WTI contracts.

Isn't one NYMEX WTI contract equals to one barrel? And yeah I tried to trade WTI yesterday on Tickmill the lot size is completely different..strange
