Important resistance comes on doller if break the gold face some downsized..

i think it's time for breakthrough
the coming 2 hours should be a great chance to break 1238.9
if not, i will probably close some of my longs

i know USDX is very strong now, but please note that EURUSD weighted more than half in it
and given that EUR is so weak now, i don't think it is a good indicator on how strong USD is

if things happen just like what i think above, below level should be useful

1.2478
1.2509

quick update

i don't have sword-lines between 1242.6 and 1253.5
but from observation just now, 1247.4 should be one of it
while 1244.8 - the last high is also one of the strong support (suppose to be)

beware of strong correction may happen on 8:30 New York time

i have no idea how far it can go especially if it break 1253.5
this wave tonight is quick and strong, but it is not healthy and sustainable
what i mean is in this stage, it is impossible to become zonal movement
so it must go up faster or have a great correction

so watch out and good luck

Thanks I had one long open , closed at 1248 so no open trades - I was thinking of a short but might be risky ?

still not meet my target as i thought it will go to 1250 level
and you are right, i am now thinking should i add or should i close some positions

one thing i maybe wrong is
there is no great correction or going up faster
instead, it move within 1247.4-1249.7 most of the time

and i am quite satisfy with the positions that i am holding now for overnight
i hope it won't rocket through 1253.5 when i am sleeping

Hi 90strader I am trying to learn, so does this mean when USDJPY price goes down and GBPUSD price goes up, gold also goes up

If I understand correctly the these things mean the dollar is weak so gold will rise , is it that simple ?
