was trading Hong Kong stocks and futures since 2008 but have to switch to Forex as i have to work at daytime
which i found it's perfect for me as i am in (GMT+8) which the lowest volatility time is when i am sleeping

hey 90strader, i think you should change your return this year to a percentage. Percentage tell uss more than anything.

yeah thats amazing right?

i was checking his trades, and there are some of 30% gain, and also one lose of 30%, and also 20% drawdowns, its a little bit high, but is working for him, his accuracy is 77% wins. So great job.

yes it is speculation. no news update until now. i also buy gbpusd last night but decide to hedge the position. it seem the right decision

hmmm to be honest, i am not sure how can i achieve this, as i said in the previous post, i don't have a set of rules or "system" to trade with.
and for the past two months, i have most of my trade based on the view of strong USD, so you can find most of the trade are selling EUR/GBP/JPY
maybe i am just lucky

Ouch... Looks like I'm out, that one move completely broke me. A shame really I was up 330% since June 22. A random move or a disaster waiting to happen? Really thought I had it figured out...

Did you set a Sl? anyone where long with gbp and the Sl didnt work? im still on the trade im 45% profit, but i think it will go lower, so im going to stay.

I think we always need a sl, anything can happend, but this could know it will happened, because they set the dat the gbp will be out of european community. So it will be a matter of time to gbp to fall down

At that moment (rare events), the sl did not matter anymore, even the electronics platform is freeze and would leave your negative balance if your balance is not enough to hold the prices fluctuation.
