DAX 30... -9, +9......here`s a couple goofy trades...miss-timed the first short.....then on the second attempt I closed way too early as soon as soon my day got back to break even...goofy indeed

Hello Mor,
It wasn't really a top. It was the top of a swing in a downtrend and at the daily open. This line many times act as support/resistance, and was the reason for taking it. Once price broke it, closed with loss and went in direction of current move.

One thing I recon is that price broke the down trend line and and bounced from it. Had I paid closer look at it I wouldn't have taken it.

You're right about that. Before when loosing a trade I would normally stall. But in the last 3 weeks have been reacting to price structure when a loosing trade, and being able to profit almost every single day. For this month I'm about +400 pips . I'm liking very much this consistency, and feeling much more secure and knowleagable about my tradind... FINALLY !!!

Hello everyone,

Learned a few renko tricks with Dee50's template. I have to admit. I haven't read much yet aside from how to setup the chart. The rest is a bit intuitive.

Here is the result on demo for today.

Though my system is more or less 90-99% profitable and the arrows are not repainting after the close of the bar. But i need help with how i can deal with the repainting issue because i don't have a vps nor can i be running the pc for 24hrs. Both the filter and the arrow are not repainting after close

Unless you want to backtest a strategy, the repainting is not really an issue. As long as you run your MT4, you will get accurate data. By the way, please do yourself and the other contributors a favor and read the thread before asking questions that has been answered a hundred times already.
