i think you are confusing two different cases, norway is a self sustainable country it has more oil than it needs. also norway abide to 75% of eu rules including immigration. uk is a large country with large population, it does not have enough natural resources to be self sustainable, it needs to do other business, manufacturing and trading, etc to survive just like germany. the biggest reason for the brexit was the immigration, the two cases are different, you cannot compare them

Why? there biggest expensive markets are USA and Mid Eastern countries.
Especially for Mercedes, BMW and Audi.

It's much more confusing than that (being sustainable).

Take California, it exports strawberries, and it imports strawberries from other countries.
There are lots of avocados growing here, but when I buy them it has on the label "imported from Mexico".
Shrimp is widely available here, but when I buy it, the label tells me "imported from Thailand".

The world is not as simple as it could be.

This is like a man wanting a divorce from the wife and kids claiming he is better off on his own as he is self sufficient on his own without the family. In a sense it is true. Would be like telling everyone in the family that they were old enough to take care of themselves. This Brexit really depends on how one wishes to look at it. There are different points of views which are each valid from their own points of view. In the end it depends on which or whose point of view one is looking at this from.
