How about building a "map" (companies, people affiliated etc) to bring these people to court and get them off the streets once and for all? They think by hiding some information they can't be untraceable.. that's so not true. They are making so many amateur mistakes that it will be a breeze. It is easy to imagine these scam artists stealing 100K's / month from people and this is disgusting. The UK law have no mercy for these type of people and no matter where you think you can hide (Switzerland, Montenegro, North, South America, Norway, Finland or .. Brisbane) your life (and the one of your associates) will become miserable in a matter of week.
Let's think for a moment: where are the money going after you loose trades from funds deposited at Knight Capital Markets? My guess is Knight Capital Markets itself (well not "it" but the company that you are sending the money to) therefore those fake funds firms are nonetheless that vehicles to bring money in and Knight Capital Markets a front end website for the company that receives money.
As you said, they have been using mock-ups of well know brand names to make their presence more "authoritative"; their companies are relative new tho (2014-2015-2016). But they are already planning future presence by having websites ready for when they will take these down, looking like they have been trading for some time.
There are companies involved, holding companies, companies acting as secretaries, subsidiaries, nominees and quite few websites
As this website is viewed by defendant-to-be as well (there is an official post somewhere) it would be great if we could take this discussion somewhere more "private".
Who is willing to participate? And just so you know, you must bring hard evidence and a sound story against them. I will personally check evidence before letting anyone in. More info will follow by PM to those who show interest.
