had a short from 1.4165 or so, closed for +23, tried to add on the way down but got caught for -15 or so, was tempted for another short at 1.14190 but going to wait for 1.14120 tomorrow for any look into a short

I hear ya, my goal for this scalp was to hit my target.... and target was hit so locking $$$$$$Been doing it for years so I never give it back :-)

stick the fib ext on the day ?? its a bit tight to see , but it could range around here till it hits the tl and go up ? or down, at the meeting point, , might be worth long scalping around this area ???? lots if if and buts, yes

1.42258 is yearly pivot points support 1 (now resistance) and nice resistance on daily +10/20 pips= short at around 1.4240

#GBPUSD tighten stop if your long, could go higher but also could retrace.... 3-4-16 is a day if my calculation are correct could retrace.... if not it could go higher and then retrace 3-7-16 so watch PA to confirm your analysis ....

Read something in the Vantage FX blog thats on the Forex Factory news section today and it made me think.

The risk heading into NFP really is USD to the down side no matter the decision thanks to the way the market is perceiving the Fed's decision making.

With Cable technicals where they are, I love the idea of longing here.

I think that GBPUSD has formed a medium term bottom already. It only needs a rally trigger. Could be NFP?

who said so?? check the crosses. it is incredibly weak and may get a hammering any time today again

you could be right but check the USD monthly/weekly chart, currently retesting broken long term resistance, now support. Going long GU here and you are buying at firm resistance.

I wouldn't recommend trading G crosses before todays data release unless you already have a position / good strategy and/or good money management

after data release / monday open seems good,
remember next week there is Draghi on Thu.

aiming to close at 141 150 for 50 pips on the down move.

1h see if the macro data US will be wave 5 or done only ABC correction and return to the strengthening USD

as well as EUR USD
