Hi Thanks for your chart. I was that formation too and was thinking this is very bearish if it plays out as shown. For it to confirm price needs to start falling now. I would not like to see 16550 let alone 11670 taken out

Salud Luis !

Here's one for you:

Gold wave (i) - Diagonal (not leading not ending, just five abc waves)

a 3.618 Fib extension (of wave 1) target at $1,182.

Interesting that the 2.618 Fib extension of the first wave intersects the point where gold breached its longterm declining trendline (and retested it last night).

The 1.618 extension of wave 3 confirms the breach level, and the 2.618 extension level potentially puts wave 5 of (i) at $1,204

Wave 5 seems to be extending, but i'm unsure how to label the change in degree in this "Diagonal", so i just used abc. Not orthodox, I know, but go on, shoot me.

I am still looking for more down side try it also as correction. I need at least 2 months to determinate if the bottom is in.
