but since that website link turned into a commercial one, they had no choice, whether it was beyond your control or not.

Fair enough comment, BUT does the punishment fit the crime?

I have seen plenty of link on this forum that lead to commercial sites; maybe that is why there any so many 'commercial members?

And not only that, they remove every post you ever made?

Why couldn't they just delete this "offending" thread, issue a warning and a week suspension? No wonder there are so many duplicate users, doh!

Also, FF has never send me any details about this, and never responded to my emails or messages which I find strange to say the least.

Give it a week or two, and maybe they can look into your posts before this thread and figure it all out.

G'day Snow.........i also got and use the line trader. good ea. and it was free. pity the video is down cause i wanted to pass this onto a friend. now i will have to handwrite the instructions.
pity about the fallout hey. you try and help people and whammo....fifty plus noses are out of joint.......but hey this is the internet.

Hi Tokolosh,

If you do not mind please, I have this EA tool too and have never been able to figure out how to use it on MT4. Can you post the details of how to use the Line Trader Tool please.

Since you have written it up for your buddy, can also post it here for some of us to learn the basics. I am more intrested in just being able to use Trend Lines to place orders and adjust profit or Stop Lose levels right on the chart. Not Sure if you can also use it to close a trade. Since you are only posting Instructions, you should not have problems with FF spies!! If there is a link to where I can also get this infor, post as well.

Tried to PM you but seesm you are not certified eligible yet.

Hi Sharemaster, no you cannot pm me and i doubt if you ever will be able to . a bit later today i will write some n otes on how to use the ea on mt4. it is very easy. pity the video is no longer available. get back to you soon

thanks for the reply, just wanted to ask this question, when you have placed both SA and BA lines, you have to name these lines in the properties with BA and SA respectively. Which I think is what you meant in your Document which I got by the way.

Also, if one of the lines breaks and you are now in the trade, what happens to the other line opposite, is it closed out automatically or remains there waiting to be filled as well which will not be good.

Next, when you have set all in place, ie your SB or BA trand lines and you then simply drag the lines away from your initial entry point, is this then automatically changed ie does it actually change the entry point of selling point.

Lastly, what other quick tips have you noticed while you have been using this and does it work on all tmframes and can you have many trend lines waiting to be filled. Sorry for all this questions, just need to know.

Hello i have only ever placed one trendline or s/r line on any one chart
i dont know if the ea can cope with multiple tasks. i imagine you would have to open another chart and maybe use magic numbers. i have used it a few times but im not tht familiar with it.

i posted something just before this which seems to have disappeared. i believe you can only perform one task per chart with the ea. it does close the trade too when it reaches the t/p.
i will now hurry back to my forum which is free from whinging whining and backstabbing

I installed linetrader and tried it out a couple of demos, would not work. I read the linetrader.doc and did exactly what it said and still did not work, anyone got a video or can upload a video as to how this is supposed work, most greatfully appreciate this, thank you thank you.....

I think what is needed is the MQ4 file on top of the ex4 attached in this thread. Thatīs why the EA is grey in the menue and not blue/yellow.

Could anybody post the MQ4 as well ?

Yes, I have megabreaker and if you jump around from chart to chart or change time frames it will start to trade all on it's own. Is there anything out there more stable or maybe someone can change the code.
