MACD and RSI filters :
- No different TF but if you want to add option, why not ! And pending orders like now, we should have some order on 5M TF with a low ATR multiple of 0,5 for entry (3 for SL, 12 for TP and 6 TS for example).

1- So filters will apply to Pending Orders (not Market Orders).
2- using a low ATR (0.5) will simply destroy the robot idea (ATR break out), so basically it will be a MACD or RSI robot instead ... isn't it ?

Hi Khalil,Thanks for the Close EA. I suspect there is a bug in the EA. When profit jumped beyond the set %, the EA did not close the trades. Please check. Please add stop loss and breakeven profit to the EA (oliver twist).Regards.

You're welcome.

The EA is working fine.

Just make sure of the following:
- EA is enabled.
- Profit Percentage is entered in 0.00 notation, (i.e. 5% should be entered as 0.05 not 5), and this will be the percentage of dividing current profit by current equity.

Note that percentage and profit are disabled if set to 0 or less.

As for your request of stop loss and break even, I will add it.

1. OK
2. not really destroying ATR ideas cause SL/TP/TS are based on ATR. And I am not locked on 0.5 ATR mutliple, we will see later by testing multiples configurations on ATR and on others paramters once you make modifications

Hi Abokwaik,

I don't understand why no pending orders are sent even with no filters. If i understood the system well, each candle a pending order should be sent and cancelled at the next candle. Then a new order etc....
Am i right?

No indicators are needed to be loaded on to the chart. The EA calls the indicators and apply the settings set in the EA inputs INTERNALLY.

Strange

Make sure Auto Trading is Enabled, you should see a Smiley face on the right side of EA name on the chart.

After 10 days of forward testing, my main observation is : the EA does best on High Impact News.

This is completely logical, as most probably the break out takes place at news time.

So to better test the concept ,
I am going to activate the EA at news time,
on a small time frame M1 or M5 on the pairs affected by the news,
with Maximum Orders input set to 3.

One more idea came to me last night :

Focus on one pair, Attach the EA to multiple time frames for the same pair (use different Magic Numbers),
lets say M5, M15, H1, H4 (with different ATR multiplier settings suitable for each time frame, e.g 3 on M5, 2.5 on M15, 2 on H1, 1.5 on H4)

The break out will first hit M5, if Valid, it will continue to M15, if valid it will continue to H1 ... and so on. (Chain Reaction).
