I always point things out to people if I think it's worth it, and some of you no doubt will have noticed what I'm about to draw your attention to, but if you pull up a 30 sec chart, or a 1 min chart if you can't get down to 30 seconds. and compare the short flurry of price action just before two nice moves on the Dax, yesterday morning between 08.12 - 08.16 , and today between 14.28 - 14.34. Of course, your charts should tell you which way the price is about to move off, but thus choppy little mess is something you often see when the price is about to move off, a precursor if you like. It can be off putting, but I've found that often, if you are getting ready to open a position anyway, this sudden volatility can be a great indication that the train is about to leave the station.

Excellent. For me it'll be the cross trainer this evening. Cycling at weekends, plenty of walking, and an hour of yoga every morning before I start work.

yap, sl protects but is costly sometimes. if this one is closed by sl, i´ll switch to scalping mode again. daily p/l is red and pa is stressing my nerves somehow
