DAX literally moves with the US index. Both down. .15% now

I think most of the money is going to be going south today. London will most likely drive it back up so as to get a nice short entry. Level I'll be looking at on the downside will be around 10,000 - 9,960, perhaps even lower. German ZEW at 10am, so watch out for that.

Yes, looks like its heading south on 1H chart with a clear break to the trend line (attached). Wouldnt be surprised if we moved sideways first before heading lower again.

Also, overnight the AUDJPY moved south 80 pips, refer to previous post:

yes you never can quite tell with the Dax, and I'm not ruling out a push back up towards 150 around the London open, or we could push strongly lower, but I do think today is going to be a day with some big moves one way or another.

GM - both yesterday and Friday had narrow ranges and the 5 day ADR is now at 173. The last time the 5 ADR
dropped under 200 was on Sept 17 when it was also at 173. The next day's range was 360!

The only other day in September < 200 was Sept 2nd and the following day's range was 270.

IF today follws this pattern Dax could have a ~300 pt range......TWT

I have resistance @ 10, 200/230 confluence of Fibo (see D1)
If 61.8 (C to D) is broken see M5 - i'm looking @ 50% (C to D) which comes @ S3

The hourly 100sma is sitting right on top of the daily 61.8% which measured the extent of this recent rally, and this level has been putting in some pretty solid support over the last few days, so it may well do today as well ( 10,060 ) We are there now!

10,040 next support ( 30m 200ema )
