Sometimes i drawdown 100-200pips , but i still holding my trade.

Why?

Because when i enter, I know it will have big drawdown or big profit

If big drawdown i think it possible to hold , i will hold until close with profit
If big drawdown i think it not possible to hold, i will cut loss.

If trade small lot, that big drawdown is ok. Let's say for my 5K account, I can only trade 0.05lot for 200pip SL for 2% risk for major pair. Hope I correct on calculation.

How would you trade this example of AUDUSD today? It goes down all the way until NY open, then sharp up.

Glad to see you here, for AUDUSD , it showing weak buying on Asian Session, so you can sell at the 1st
Why will sharp up?
Reason is very simple, check the Sample 2
This kind of movement, if from Asian till Middle LO no retrace, still straight line
NY possible to rebalancing the price, so it sharp up

This is how MM move the price

For USDCHF, as know as Sonic Classic Entry

Retrace mean Middle LO will build higher or lower, after 6pm SGT , will drop at least 20-40pips from the higher or lower price

Mostly it will happen after very big movement for that pair 😆
