I'm earning my money with programming myself, but have to ask: What for do you need a programmer's list?

Programming is not an ability, it is an activity. "Programmers" are people who are currently just programming. Programming on EA level is easily learned, in a few days. You need no professional for programming trade systems. You need a professional for programming complex software, but trade systems can be programmed by anyone.

You also can be a programmer and can put yourself on that list.

I think it's very technical.
I wish we had your clarity, I accused people who have a clear technique does not require theZORRO

Until I started using Zorro my programming extended to changing a few inputs on mt4 indicators. Before that my next relevant experience was with BASIC! I picked up lite-C (Zorro language) within a few hours. Since then I have put in the effort to learn more mt4 coding and I am now fairly confident in coding ea's, alert indicators, etc. I'm not putting myself forward for a list, just backing up JCL. If you put your mind to it the coding is actually quite easy for anyone of even moderate intelligence.
I think FerruFx is one, who can do EA.

I am a programmer too(a very expensieve one), and I do believe none of EA can analyze fake news, and for me isn't enough the only technically trading.

It can be an EA for a short time profitable.
For a determined period with already know data it can be made an EA to be profitable.

IMHO doesn't worth the wasted time & money in EA, although it would be nice to have a robot without greed and feer and work 5/7 , 24/24.

I saw the result while it was profitable one with the momentum based: high momentum opened the trade, no momentum it closed, 3-10 pips, not is isn't anymore, for some reason...

I saw another which used MA cross on higher timeframe: when you are getting a ranging market it isn't good.

Each system has a "target" when is good and weakness, when it isn't. That's why I do believe it has to be a human to select the most higher probability system for that market & timeframe.

Do not use Dan Ostapyuk as a programmer. He will rip you off. I paid him in full (stupid me) over a month ago and he never completed anything. The only time he was a very good communicator was when he was seeking payment. He gave me a half finished project that does not work. I've been messaging him, complaining, and finally requesting that my money be refunded. I haven't heard anything from him. I found him on facebook and after that he deleted his account.

He is a scammer!! Do not hire him to program anything. I've learned my lesson.

Why would anybody use you without checking you out PROPERLY and independently? Caveat emptor ??? Your religious bullshit does not wash. You seem to have real problems with the 8th and 9th commandments, but don't let that get in the way of anything.

Incapable of doing the work despite insisting that money be transferred immediately. Refusing to return money that you have been paid in full with no work or code completed after 8 (EIGHTGo Danny.) weeks. Turning off Skype, not answering emails.

Feel free to try to salvage any reputation you think you might have. NO CREDIBILITY whatsoever.

I don't know both sides of the story from those who are upset with him but he did right by me.

My opinion is that he is charging to little for his services.

I have great experience with Dan Ostapyuk.
He gave me best price and completed job accordingly to the rules.
His work is very high quality. We had some product logic misunderstanding and Dan fixed everything without any charges.
I am still testing my EA, but I am telling Thank you, Dan.

I have had good work from Dan on several projects. This time he has taken my money and vanished.
I hope he gets his act together as his reputation has become very poor. It looks like my money and Dan
are in the wind.

I have tried to contact him many times and get this sorted out, if I get a positive outcome I will post it here,
but I am not holding my breath.
