IMHO, the pair's current trading near the symmetrical triangle, during the EU talks, that failed during the early discussion with the plan to restore discussions at a later part of the day, EURUSD could re-test 1.1100 region.

looks like greece going to take a long time to resolve issues and high chance they going to default on their loan to TROIKA.

One of my favorites. Tap backs to engulfing bars in the right places are also excellent to use this approach with.

EURUSD 4H Outlook

Having bigger picture in mind: Price horizontally ranges now between 1.1382-1.1165 (red range)

200 EMA (green line) supported price nicely so far and the thick blue trendline also acts like a pivot line where price comes back and forth. We can see that doji candles are forming near blue line which means: market can't decide where to go. If candles start to close below that line it would mean that bear power gets stronger.

For now: As long as we are at or above blue line we would be inside an ascending triangle formation and we would have short-term bullish targets towards 1.1255 and 1.1290. Once price reaches 1.1290 area it will also touch Kijun line of Ichimoku and therefore we might consider a bounce back to blue line.

But if candles start to close clearly below blue line I would try shorting with targets to 1.1165.

Edit: I also drew an alternative blue line but it actually changes nothing, still wanted to share though.

EUR / USD was corrected higher yesterday, formed a peak of 1.1234. Trade signals are neutral for now, perhaps with slight bullish signals for testing the resistance 1.1250. A clear break above this level could lead to upward pressure testing 1.1300. Overall I still prefer a bearish scenario at this phase but need a clear break below 1.1180 / 65 for the continuation of the bearish scenario targeting near 1.1050. On the upside, a clear break and daily close above 1.1300 could trigger further bullish pressure on area 1.1380 - 1.1465 remains a good place for sales.
