Would you wait for Sto 100 to go to the bottom say at H1 b4 shorting or any other less risky options?

21 sto or the RSIoma crossing below the 50 level..............for a sell, but you still have to follow it.................

I'm seeing the H4 compressed at the top, H1 divergence, so i would drop to M5 that is topping right now and wait to see all the stos and Rsioma crossing 50 at a good angle and the ADX that is compresing to give me some good speed.

Well done but if you don´t mind me asking what made you take that trade? Was it purely on the fact that the fast stoch was turning down because the green stoch was rising. Not being critical just want to know if I´m missing something as i would not have taken that trade based on that chart.

yes that trade is risky, i just practicing the rules from forexalien, first i chect higher TF, daily, H4, H1 but there are not best moment, so i try to scalping on H1

first i check RSIOMA is below 50%, sell indication, check the ADX and stoch to confirm sell entry in 15M and 5M to look where is the entry point, i think that time is the low risk, so i put SL and TP 20 pips, and i leave the monitor and check again 1 hour later to see how is the system works.

in the moment, the market is ragging, after USD bearish yesterday, please correct me if i'am wrong, thx

The same scenario as E/N.


Will update this pairs at the end of this year because this are long term moves.

My journey has taken me a long time but I have finally found this magnificent place and have spent the better part of the past 10 earth days reading and configuring. The time has come to stop the configuring part and get down to the business of learning to read the charts and apply the lessons. With that in mind, and at the risk of incurring the wrath of the long time followers & contributors of this wonderful thread, I request your assistance because this Hitchhiker has come to the place where he needs to ask some questions that are very basic. Here goes:

1. When I load the Alien Basic Template the Up Bar and Up Candle are missing. So I then go into the Heiken Ashi indicator and change them from white to green and it appears everything is OK. Is that the thing to do or is there something else that needs to be configured?

2. I add the 5 ADX indicators with ADX 7 having the black line. Then I add the Advanced ADX and change its period to 7 so it lines up the other (7) indicator. Correct?

3. I then add the RIOSMA and the Delayed Stochastic and adjust so the blue and green lines are thick. Yes?

4. Now its time for the triple stochastic. I can get that set up with the various intervals:
21,10,10 SMA 8,3,3 SMA 100,10,10 SMA but need some guidance for the colors.
Im guessing that the color stoch is 21,10,10
The 8.3.3 has the signal as thick black. Yes?
The 100,10,10 has the signal as thick blue Yes?

5. The BB Squeeze is another manual install but I can't seem to get that to work at all. Alien said it can be left out and I'm cool with that but am just curious as to what I'm missing.
