Liked the look of this top trender GBPAUD break and retest of a BRN 2.0000 and they don't come much bigger as BRN's go so targeting next BRN lets see how it works out....

See the NZDUSD over 0.70....is key, watch the next few days.....

Had a better session this afternoon ending up 15% for the day, so will be interesting to see if I can keep some consistency to my trading this week..

Will be very interesting to see what I have at end of the week if I can trade every day both sessions...

Yep just need some consistency then I'll be ready for some hard cash...

One of the things I love about my strategy is how easy it is to get up take a quick look at my charts and know exactly whats going on as far as the market open is concerned...

My routine is quick and simple..

Turn on computer and fire up my platform

Quick check of the news situation..



Not much going on till GBP news at 09.30 hrs so got a couple of hours to see what I can squeeze out of the market then theres the big one too European Court of Justice Ruling which is tentative so I guess can happen anytme today???

Quick look at my TTindy to see exactly whats happening now and when I first fire up I check the 5 min top trenders too to see who has been moving overnight?





Then its down to watching my top 4 trenders..looking for an overbought or oversold CCI signal and if I like it I take it...

Gonna watch Frankies Hour but unless I see something like a AAA+ opportunity I will be waiting for LO to get going..

AUD weakness across the board and the top 2 in both 1 min and 5 min agree so could be worth a go, but very wary of Frankie.....

I know I shouldn't do it but I just can't help myself when I see a nice setup Frankie or not I'm gonna risk 10 pips to find out...

Nope a 10 pip loser to start the day, broke my first rule time of day and got my just deserts....You're just don't play with Frankie....

Looks like EURAUD was the better of the two....it was also at the bottom of the 25 segment unlike GBPAUD at the top, I'm finding the 25 levels to be great areas of support and resistance so best to trade off of them like EURAUD rather than trade into them like my GBPAUD trade...

Yep definitely better to trade off of the 25 levels than into them plus I'm guessing the European Court decision is gonna be favorable for the EUR..

Just a guess....

EUR still looking strong so is it going back up soon????

Wow!! What a morning!! About as bad as it gets for me, prices shooting every way but which.... One minute GBP strong then EUR then AUD its like they couldn't make their mind up so I had a hard job following the money...

Made plenty of mistakes this morning but the biggest one was thinking I knew where the money was going, I was convinced EUR was going up on the strength of the EUR news but it didn't, but whilst it was pouring down the page I kept looking for buying opportunities and thats the recipe for disaster.

Gotta learn to just read the charts and not have some weird idea that I know where its going... Thats pure madness to imagine for one moment we know where a totally random market place is going to go next tic never mind the next 5 minutes...

I need to look at a chart and then be 100% confident of what the price action is actually telling me and not what I believe is about to happen.. Oh and another thing just stick to my top trenders, the number of times I get involved in a pair then realise its not even a top trender...

And one last thing, I've lost count of the times I've been 10 pips up and not banked again believing it was going to go further but the honest truth is that the highest probability move is about 10 pips so I gotta just start banking orphans, just fed up with being up time after time to see it all disappear... The high probability move on 1 minute timeframes is 10 pips or there abouts...

Just need one more 10 pip winner to put me straight today and with all this GBP strength it shouldn't be too difficult...



Some nice GBP moves going on so lets see what I can catch...

Banked that rascal for 8 pips and to finish the morning session up 1% but what a battle, nearly every trade went into drawdown just couldn't get my timing right today...

But I'm very pleased to come through a morning like that in one piece....never mind a profit..

Something else I was learning in a tricky day like today was to concentrate on the 25 levels and to always buy or sell the right side and avoid selling or buying right into them.

A very big learning day today...Don't think just trade the price...

This damn market is all over the place today....

The morning was brutal... let's hope the ny session gets better. But it's nice that we both made some profit with your strategy in such difficult conditions.
