He doesn´t need to hedge at all. Just go back in later again and save the swap-fees meanwhile. Any hedging on the same pair can also be replicated by closing (or partial closing) the current position and re-entering the market later on. Save the costs, you just make your broker rich!

It's only going to get worst for the US dollar this week, by Friday NY close we should reach 1.13, nothing to see till next week.

i read your previous post and totally agree ... i never hedge on a loss trade .... if i am sure in my analysis and my SL did not be hit yet i could add more trades in the same direction i was on ....

im one of the trader whom got EU short position trapped

got 2 post; one short at 1.0950 and 1.0900; the later hit SL yesterday during the spike; and the one left having about 10-11% Drawdown (ive move SL to 1.1255) from my balance equity. if this post hit SL; i lose practically 30-40% profit made with the current opened at 1.0950 TP long way down at 1.0800; huhu

Guys, just a thought: I know that thinking ahead about next week its too damn long term-ish for these markets but, does anyone realize that when this -greece bailout and positive shit- hype is over we will have to face to the real eurozone status recession and QE?, is anyone really long EURO beyond 2 to 3 days?

pull up a monthly chart and focus on 1209, its not a ordinary number. looks at closings in relation.. go back 20 years, if u like

eu is in no mans land, equilateral triangle and smack bang in the middle 1153 ( also monthly level), potential smaller timeframes to bobble but until break out, nothing on offer this girl just now
