Interesting that XAUUSD didn't follow the move as vigorously. Usually it's the best reflection of dollar's inherent position. Tread lightly folks...

it's not about usd, it's about eur.
you can look eurgbp eurjpy euraud eurcad eurnzd etc.
everywhere the eur is being a boss.

Some people for some reason decided to buy a trillion of eur and that's what we got from it.
The reason or who did it i guess will never be revealed.

Just closed my position I opened at 1.1042 with +83 pips profit at 1.1125, will decide tomorrow morning for the next step..

only 0.1% not important - the important speculators and short sqeeuze - nothing ever changed ne printing, QE dale in progress

my fault I looked at xa = bc and resistance and did not take opportunities 1.61 fibo and short sqeeuze

Decided to put those e/u entries both on pendings. Closed the lower one for +35 and see if the higher one from 1.1191 can get to monthly pivot will be ok r:r. Got a few decent entries on other pairs , looking to hold them for a couple of days if possible

Yup that's obvious and I'm seeing EU reflected on UJ right now..
Just sayin, be careful - one half of the pair gained strength, but the other didn't fundamentally weaken. I sense a retrace coming up to the natural price, probably somewhere 1/3 down, unless news or hysteria take over again that is.

yeah in these kind of days hysteria play a big role, we may as well end up 500+ pips today, or get back at 1.1000.

I really guess it's a 50/50, i've a sell under water though

It can happen. what I wanted to convey is the retracement from long term trend can be furious at times.

Have across this situation. I know some people here still keeping the positions opened below 1.0900 for 1.07xx. and biting their nail.

Long term trend and hourly trend are the key for entries. At least for me.
