love this set up dearly which was on AU M5 that had beautiful M shape at Resistant, current TDI crossed just below MBL and TDI on HTF steppied down from 68 level. I was not confident to stay when price touched 200ma, it did move down nicely.
I was not good at taking trades on H1 causing my account in bad shape last 2 days

Great trade, perfectly taken at exactly the right place. Like you, I have trouble trading the longer time frames.

Good trade and best luck for u an ur account , I made mistakes this week too

Now back to your chart, I guess the maroon EMA is 10 and the purple is 200, when they convergence forming scissor cross at each other and price goes in this case below them, it often retest that and continue in the direction of the trade, something to watch for future trades like a golden cross

I took this trade after the push down on EA because of APB pullback candle

NO. I only find ABCD trades occasionally. I enter 98% of my trades on H1 TDI setups after considering price action, candle pattern setups and major resistance areas. Sometimes those trades become H4 trades or ABCD setups.

Question: I'm trying to get the TDI scripted on the Think or Swim platform. They have already helped me get the green and red TDI lines on my charts, but I would like to add the Market Base Line. Does anyone know the data used to generate that mbl line? I've tried several searches, but do not fully trust anything I have discovered yet?

According to this chart the 1st candle after LO moved 100+ pips ....
Whereas, in my chart it is 5th candle after LO ....
And whereas PHx62 chart has 4 bearish (red) candles before LO, I have all RED candles ONLY after LO ...
I have 3 different platforms ... FX DD, Liteforex and GLSL ... same problem on all the 3 ....
Wondering WHY ???

Are you talking about LO green box? from your chart it needs to be adjusted to LO opens which is the 4th red candle

EJ, EA, GJ are still in uptrend , so taking counter trend on H4 might not give you enough room , its better to take those counter trend trades on H1 and ride H4 with the trend

Adikashyap,

Go to: "Charts" -> "Indicators List" and then highlight "Londonbreakout" indi you can edit the parameters in there. Try adjusting "PeriodA_begin" and "PeriodA_end" until the chart looks the way you want it.
Focus on the process and the profits will follow

Bear in mind for an H4 trade to move well, the D1 has to be ready to turn, if you look at the daily chart when you took the trade it was still showing upwards movement on there, red and green very close together. However, I took the trade as a bounce trade on H1 after H4 had crossed, that way is safer, or if they both signal at the same time, so h4 crosses and there is a good signal on h1 on the first or second candle, then you can either come out when H1 tdi turns the other way or wait until the H4 does it just in case it turns back again, choice is yours but both produced some pips. I only take an h4 trade if D1 is showing its turning.
