GBPUSD continues to see further consolidation at the 1.7180 recent high, but my core outlook stays bullish for a break through here in due course to target potential trend resistance at 1.7229 next, and eventually on to our long-held medium-term target at 1.7330/32 – the 50% retracement of the 2007/2009 collapse. I would look for this to then cap at first, for a correction lower. Bigger picture though, I continue to target 1.8235.
Immediate support shows at 1.7131, then 1.7106/1.7095. Failure here can see a minor top to target 1.7008/1.6998, which I look to then ideally hold.
Trade Idea: Long, stop below 1.6921, for 1.7330.

Pardon the mess. I have been looking at different ways read the chart information in a way that makes more sense to me. I started incorporating data from retails brokers to show me nett long entries and nett short entries taken by traders at key times. This coupled with digital filters I have been working with for a while now.

On GU daily, we have potential to close the day with nett buyers doing the bulk of the business. I use red markers to show nett buyers and blue markers to show nett sellers - as I want to trade opposite.First signs are there.The signal just came in. In theory, we could see some downward pressure over coming days... this is still a new concept and I'm still observing the finer details. So let's see...

Interesting indicator, is it some kind of histogram? and are you trading a demo? quite a few shorts you have there.

That's cool. So you have an ECN broker and get a cleaner data feed. Are you able to slit the ticks into buyers & sellers or are you just taking the different brokers records and applying them?

this 1 hour GC is on but i dont know when it came up,, but as you can see you would of entered long and short 3 to 4 times before you get this run,the only thing is that it does not tell you when to get out of the trade,,lets run this and see how long i can stay in untill we get a long arrow

Data is received via a live feed. From a few brokers. Data then converted to chart. You know the old story... cannot get too excited too early. Now screen time - to see what can be extracted from this?
