Hi Jason,
did fill in a Trade Inquiry case #00321803
Just very disappointed not hearing back from my panic emails to my active traders representative and chat tries with 72 mins waiting time.
​Although things seem very clear to me, money is wrongly subtracted from my account by executing a stop of a short position way above my actual stop
Hope they will correct things soon,
