I'm thinking we continue lower below 88.50 here perhaps much deeper to 86.00's depending on upcoming rate meeting..

H4 CCI trending lower see chart.

still trading below 88.50 but there could be a retrace.. Below 90 I'm keeping a bearish bias..

Australia holds rates steady, cuts dovish language

The Reserve Bank of Australia held its policy interest rate steady at 2.5% Tuesday, as expected, but also removed language in its statement about further possible easing. "In the board's judgement, monetary policy is appropriately configured ... On present indications, the most prudent course is likely to be a period of stability in interest rates," said RBA Gov. Glenn Stevens in the statement accompanying the decision. Recent statements had said the central bank remained ready to cut the benchmark rate further if needed.

This is a bit of a surprise.

Nikkei 225 down by over 4% this is getting ugly.

Tokyo back up.. AUDJPY peaked above ichimoku clouds but now back in the clouds on H4.

We have a clear break above the clouds after a test and this is clearly bullish.. Looking to go long on pull backs and already long.

I have 2 positions on AUDJPY and I am waiting for RBA to pull it down to 89 level.
I am smart than average trader, I simply copy the best.

Just jumped out of long and am hoping for a pull back to go long on again. I would take anything below 90.50 as an initial position and add to it if goes lower. This might not happen however. Actually I might even short but want it to go up a bit..

I should have said 'this cross' rather than 'this pair' to be accurate.

I made a small profit today but it's a tight range. I think I need to learn more about when not to trade. It's heading into a wedge now so I'm waiting to see which side it will break on. I guess I could be trying to forecast it instead of posting here.

What times do you find best to trade the AJ, England?

Realised I should have drawn it this way, and that it had already broken to the downside. It's now on a line of support at around 92.13 and looking like a bullish wedge. I'm not confident enough to buy in until it breaks, though.

Another 75 minutes of watching the candles limp along doing absolutely nothing, until they *have* to go somewhere. Again, it should go up but I'm not willing to buy in until confirmation. I remember a trader writing once that their night was so boring they felt like stabbing themselves in the eye. While I'm not the type to do that, it really is a bit tedious right now.

Yes, it's been quite lack luster. Next week will provide some more clues. My guess it will continue to break down but we'll have to let the market find it's way.

I closed out my short here to take some pips. I traded on both MACD divergence and with the support of some longer tf trends.

It would all be good except I'm just clawing back a couple of nasty losses from earlier today. I need to get strict about that sl!!! I think I need to use some indie that puts it in automatically. Does anyone know one that does that?
