To save others wasting time finding out the hard way, here is the current status of this thread with quick reference links.

It relies on VSA (Volume Spread Analysis) using Trade Guider indicators a Volume Thermometer and and probably some EA.
The Daily charts also have 200 and 89 SMAs and Stoch (5,3,3) and Macd ( 12,26,9).
