I agree long term outlook is still 1.55xx at a minimum (perhaps even set new lows) as I've been posting for quite some time now, but before we see that, we seem to be heading towards 1.7x, just like the Euro seems to be setting its sights in 1.45 area. Then we get the Crash Bang Boom!!!. At least that's what it looks like right now. If the key lows are taken out, then that may change everything.

even when is trending up like crazy, this pair is full of opportunities for both sides and respond very well to analisys,
maybe thats why cable against usd now its the favorite pair to trade in the world.

in the other side equities like oil and gold are not respecting any indicator, they are doing whatever they want

Except this pair just keeps rising on good US numbers.
In my opinion, the purchasing of USD against the Pound finished at 1.48.
Now those $ are being funnelled into stocks for risk on.
And with the Fed promising to maintain ultra low interest rates even after target unemployment reached and New Fed money still flowing in and an open ended QE program, I'm not at all surprised.

i will be off to bed soo but having seen a rejection and a doji we need this 1 h candle to be bearish

So was the low of the last few days the launch pad to 1.7 or will we see 1.62/1.60...some sort of profit taking bound to happen as since 1.48 we've seen zilch, at best a 200 pip correction...hence a correction may be due but then again may never happen

I think once we see 1.69xx we will see a correction back down to current levels, then up to 1.7x to complete the correction from 1.48. Probably up till 1.72/1.73 area. After that, Crash Bang Boom!!!

Hey men sorry if you felt weird me asking if you didnt want to cut your losses short...that was not implied that you should do so as its your money and you free to do whatever you want. Moreover you seem to have been around much longer, so I merely asked to know if there was something I was missing perhaps a strategy of yours or a fundamental reason for your positions. No biggie men, and you didnt have to post your graphs to prove anything to anyone either. Its not that serious

no offense but you got future seemed all mapped out.
nothing worse then writing fiction and believing it as reality.
Obvious fact is big guns are not really pushing up the price.There is no real bull momentum.Since Monday to Thurs we got 70 pips hardly a sign for bull fireworks to come.
In trading, you have to be defensive and aggressive at the same time

Historically, Volatility dies down in the in the NFP week until the main event.
Big moves occur during the event and in the week after usually.
