Big & small are relative, when Bullard said "small", he could mean by 5bil, or 10bil, or even 15bil compare to 85bil they are small, who knows. Fed know they have to taper sooner or later, and sooner is better, but they don't want to face the short term consequence of the taper, so they try to preach about the idea that "taper is not tightening" and they will use all their firepower to indoctrinate every one of us.

PA shows that market is trying to pretend that the interpretation of Bullard's "small" is something really small, and "taper is not tightening", but do they really know how small it is? I doubt it. They just used this "small" as an excuse to satisfied their dirty desire once more.

Anyway, if market want to go up a bit more, I ain't gonna go against it.

Lot of wisdom there.I finished reading Hedge fund Wizards and one thing strikes me how knowledgeable those guys were on all markets.True each specialized certain area but they knew what moves what.
To me someone trading stocks,bonds,commodities and forex understands overall market better.I am not there since I only trade forex but do feel the need to increase my knowledge on other areas.

Something to note.
EC last fall was exactly on fib 1.618 extension and next is at 4780
Something to keep an eye on it.

Like a fool I went against my system.I should only take trades in BB 2nd 3rd deviations and RSI 70/30
It is in "zone"
I got impatient and shorted early.Should stick with my system.
3760-80 is the sweet spot which compliments fib 78.6-88.6 Scott Carney's reversal zone

COT chart for euro contracts. Now the net exposure of all 3 groups are tangled together at very low levels. I think we are seeing a reversal of large speculator exposure turning into negative, that means euro should go down.
