Ya really gotta wonder how many others find themselves saying, "Shit, my kidneys could really use a good detox, wonder what I could be doing for this"...and then believe this to be the answer.

The first thing I really thought when I saw this pick, is, I hope there's a small indent in the concrete he is on where his marble bag lands...cuz otherwise, the theory is that sending your testicles into your stomach is a cure for toxic kidneys...

I like this part of the summary:
